Bobbi Krein

Bobbi received her BA in Spanish from Denison University in 1990 and, prior to consulting, worked in private education for 20 years. Bobbi’s independent school career began at Olney Friends School in Ohio, where she taught Spanish and ESL and served as director of admission. Bobbi then moved to Solebury School to head the middle school division, teach Spanish and English, and ultimately direct the college advising program. She then moved on to serve as Associate Director of Admission first at George School and then again at Lawrence Academy, where she became the director of admission and financial aid. Most recently, Bobbi worked at Kimball Union Academy for five years, serving as associate director of admission, assistant dean of students, and assistant director of college advising.

Central to Bobbi’s career in independent boarding schools has been her desire to make every student’s experience meaningful in the larger community. Having sat on both sides of the admissions desk, Bobbi knows and understands the importance of the right fit in both secondary and post-secondary schools. Bobbi’s interest in directing all of her energy toward helping students fulfill their undergraduate aspirations led her to pursue a full time position as an independent educational advisor.
