Camille M. Bertram

Educational Consultants

Patrick M. Finn, M.Ed.

Patrick joined Bertram Educational Consultants after 23 years as an administrator in boarding schools. He served one year as the Annual Fund Director at Canterbury School, in New Milford Connecticut in 1986, before taking over as Admissions Director of the school for 15 years. In 2002, he left Canterbury for St. Timothy's school in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland, where he was named Assistant Head of School and Director of Admissions, and worked there until 2010. At both schools, Patrick was the Head Lacrosse Coach and taught a course in Ethics, among other duties. He has spoken at several national conferences, including SSATB, TABS, and IECA.

Patrick is also President of School Connections LLC, which he founded in 2008. School Connections hosts workshops across the country in which educational consultants and boarding schools and therapeutic programs come together for one on one meetings, a time effective and affordable method for the sharing of information.

Patrick has worked with numerous students on their college search in his role as advisor and coach at Canterbury and St. Timothy's. His philosophy is to empower students to make their choice of colleges by providing them with the information, support and guidance necessary to find the best fit.

Patrick attended the Boys' Latin School in Baltimore, and went on to the University of Virginia where he graduated with a B.A. in History in 1981. After two years of assistant coaching men's lacrosse at UVA and Penn State University, he received an M.Ed in Sports Administration from Penn State.
